...one time I cut up an old bike tire (exacto knife and scissors) for use as a rubber gasket on a spoiler to keep moisture out so it wouldn't rust. But I don't know if you'd want to use that on a carb.

Make your own with cork or gasket material. I wouldn't probably use rtv 0n a carb.
